While listening to soft music with minimal loudness one is amazed by a lot of details and sound transparency. Great reproduction of all frequencies and perceived pulsed force. While listening to various music with average loudness there are also no complaints. When you listen to intense music with maximum loudness, you can feel yourself on the verge of physical capacity of enduring such level of sound quite near you but you hear no blurring. NIDA doesn’t embellish poor-quality recording as some sound-reproducing systems do, however it gives us an opportunity to admire the soul of music. The sound has no commercialization in it or indulgence to any specific taste.
The system creators can be praised for excellent and laconic esthetics. It looks like as if the exterior of the acoustic system beats with immense force!
I had an opportunity to listen to different systems of such major/expensive brands as MBL, Avantgarde, Sonus Faber, Audio Note, JMlab, Magico and B&W, however listening to NIDA gave us one more level quality of standard. It is very difficult to compare acoustic systems: various components, premises, different music, however I can tell easily confirm that NIDA is one of the best systems that impressed me greatly.

I’d call NIDA an acoustic complex as the solution is non-traditional: here a dedicated crossover and two powerful amplifiers have been used. I would like to give a brief assessment of the system: the sound is excellent!
I listened to the system for 4 hours, so I had time not only for listening various music. I wanted to feel the sound color balance (it is impeccable), meticulously listen to artifacts of different frequency pass-band bounce (there were none). I was greatly impressed by neutral sound that doesn’t affect different types of music according to the so-called device common denominator. Soft music replay is one of the factors determining the quality of acoustic systems. In reality you don’t want to increase the sound volume in NIDA because of the insufficiency of musical performance. And if you want to hear loud symphony orchestra or rock music, you get very intense live sound without any distortions.

I have not heard a sound any better!
The first piece played at very low sound level. Easy jazz, female vocals. I paid special attention to the sounding of “S”. It is the weak spot in many systems. I can’t hear anything except striking vocal purity. Having listened for some more pieces I can state that the system has an ideal separation of the instruments. Crossover does not show any delay. Such a feeling that there was no filter, and I was listening to the music through STAX electrostatic headphones. No frequencies were lost while listening at low volume, the entire range of sounds could be heard. The bass register was natural as if the real musical instruments were playing in the room. The last quiet work at the church by Jose Carreras was so pure that I felt like standing in front of the choir. The conclusion was clear – timbre balance of the system NIDA is flawless. -
It’s like two monumental towers disturbing the quietness of eternal secrets. But sacred silence can only be awakened by the sounds approaching perfection. Two significantly standing anthropomorphic shapes, having revived spread engineering idea, convey all the modes of human existence, soul, and cosmic vibrations. No criteria can be expressed for evaluations as the NIDA has no analogues. This is one of the most spectacular wonders of the world.

I liked the concept of the speakers and acoustic solutions which were never seen before. It is good news that in the system NIDA used top quality professional drivers and it has a very stable, scientifically designed wooden frame construction. Acoustic system NIDA allows pleasure of listening to my favorite albums which I frequently use to test sound quality in various professional studios. Other CD albums, which were demonstrated by the author, sounded perfectly as well…
